Weddings
We keep away from sweet fondant icing, and like to use natural flavoured swiss meringue buttercream for your wedding cake. As you can see, Tartan Rose wedding cakes are not exactly your traditional perfect cakes, but we think that a wedding cake should be more about the taste, rather than just something to look at. We use fresh flowers, freeze dried fruits, nuts and home made ingredients to decorate the cakes.
All of our cakes can be made gluten free.

What is the date of your wedding? Please put the date in the subject of the email.
How many guests are you expecting?
What is the location of the wedding?
What flavours do you like the sound of?
How do you want the cake to look? (Please attach images)
Do you want a seminaked cake, or full frosting?
What are you thinking in terms of flowers? Will it be us taking care of them, or your florist?
Will the cake be served as the dessert and need it to feed all of the guests?
Because we are just a small business I am not able to do wedding cake flavour samples. But if there is a flavour on the website you like the sound of we can have it in the cafe one day for you to come down and purchase a slice to try.
A 25% deposit is required once you have booked your wedding cake.
